Condition of Return: The item must be returned in its original state, as pristine as a unicorn’s mane. Used or damaged items may not possess the necessary enchantment for reversal acceptance. In other words, if it looks like it had a tussle with a troll, it’s not coming back.

REVERSALS & TRANSMUTATIONS

Reversals (Refunds): If the item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to, you are entitled to a full reversal within 30 days of purchase. This reversal will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
